Five young people were in a car in Limonar (a barrior in the east of the city of Málaga) that left the road and fell down an embankment, coming to rest on its roof.

Despite the drop, which was around eight metres and the car ending up upside down, the occupants all managed to clamber out.

The accident occurred just before nine in the evening on Thursday the 22nd, next to Calle Consul Porfirio Smerdou, which is not far from the autovia.

The first witnesses to report the accident said that there were people trapped inside, so the emergency coordination centre despatched the Real Cuerpo de Bomberos, as well as an ambulance and Policia Local.

In the end, all five passengers had only suffered minor injuries. The car on the other hand, was shot to put it out of it misery… we might be lying on that one!
