On the 22nd of last month, a 50-year-old man was beaten at a rave party within the Vadillo trading estate. He was so seriously injured that he didn't survive.
The victim was in the ICU of a hospital in the city of Granada (Traumatología) for a week before finally passing away. In the meantime, arrests have been made.

The two arrested suspects, who are remanded in custody, are brothers. They were arrested by the Policía Nacional in Motril and the Motril law court ordered that they be sent to the provincial prison in Albolote pending trial.
The police also made two other arrests, both residents of Motril, suspected of being implicated in the attack but have since been released pending trial.
All of those arrested, who are all young men under 30, were questioned on Saturday. However, the Juzgado de Instrucción Número 3 de Motril, where they were questioned, has placed a gagging order on the case.
What took the middle-aged man’s life were the head injuries that he suffered during the attack, leading to his death on the 29th of November
