The Guardia Civil in Castell de Ferro carried out the arrest of a man in his mid 40s, suspected of broken into two vehicles and the theft of another.
The thefts took place on the 10th of this month and in one of the cases he allegedly smashed a side window to gain entrance and in the other, forced the door.

In both cases, no doubt the cost of repairing the cars outweighs the value of any item stolen. In fact, the combined value of items stolen in the cars was 650 euros in cash and tools valued at 300 euros. Reparing a forced door would be expensive, for example.
As soon as the acts of thefts were reported to the Guardia Civil in the Castell de Ferro post, they began their investigation and soon managed to identify the suspect; a known bad lad with a criminal past for offences of this kind.
