A police investigation has been opened concerning a waitress who is suspected of putting anxiolytic medication (minor tranquilizers) into customers' coffee.
During a period between 2020 and this year she allegedly drugged eight customers, choosing them randomly. This took place in the Zaidín in the comarca of Bajo Cinca in Aragón; i.e., therefore, nothing to do with Zaidín in Granada.

The Guardia Civil operation Toxdin began in January this year when three people reported that they had been drugged after drinking coffee that had been spiked. During the investigation they came aross a case in 2020 where the victims were slipped benzodiazepines (BZD, BDZ, BZs), colloquially known as benzos.
She has been released pending trial until she appears before the Juzgado de Instrucción Nº 2 in Fraga but in the meantime she has been forbidden from working as a waitress…
