Almuñécar Town Hall has announced that Chiringuito Las Tres Rejas is up for grabs.

This is the one immediately below the Peñón del Santo on the Playa San Cristóbal side, on what is now called the Paseo Miguel Ángel Blanco.

The lease worth 222,877 euros will have a duration of 30 years and those interested have until the 21st of November to enter their bids.

The chiringuito has been around seemingly for ever and was popular when it was operating but has been closed for a quite a while now.
