Salobreña Town Hall has signed off on a completed urbanización on Polígono Número 5 del Plan Parcial Playa de la Villa, which is on the beach return road, Avenida de Andalucía.

The vega irrigation channel which now passes under the urbanización reaches the sea as before but no longer on the surface.

Mayor Javier Ortega commented that the completion of Polígono 5 now gives a better appearance to the parallel streets that pass either side and the north end, which looks out onto the Vía Verde.

The urbanización’s surface area of around 5,000 square meters includes the obligatory space for private parking as well as parking reserved for people with mobility problems.

Poligano 5 also has an electricty transformer providing 630 KW, which is ample for the area.
