• The constant coming and going of tractors to haul jet skis along the boardwalk represents an additional danger for pedestrians and cyclists. They are also noisy, emit a lot of smoke, and negatively affect the area’s aesthetics.

Preservation of Tranquility:

• La Herradura is known for its calm and peaceful atmosphere, attracting tourists and locals seeking relaxation. The constant noise and activity from jet skis disrupt this peace, diminishing the quality of the beach experience.
• The natural beauty and serene environment of La Herradura are significant draws for eco-tourism. Protecting this ambiance is crucial for sustaining the local economy.

Environmental Impact:

• Jet skis contribute to water pollution through fuel spills and exhaust emissions, harming marine life and degrading water quality.
