The Town Hall has let the church charity, Cáritas, run a piece of publicly own land as temporary summer parking and charge entrance.
The parking is behind IES Al Andalus; i.e., the high school at the beginning of the San Sebastian road and will be open from 08.00h until midnight with a capacity to fit almost 50 small vehicles.
The enclosure, which you will find by driving down the side of the school on the lane that leads to Rio Seco, is normally used for storing public materials, so it had to be emptied out and prepared as a parking area.
The price to park there is only four euros, which goes to a good cause.
