Motril Town Hall opened the period to pay the IBI tax voluntarily on the 4th of this month, concluding on the 5th of August. After that, there is a surcharge.
All property owners that have a standing-order arrangement in place, will see their IBI quota go out on the 25th of this month.
Going back to paying manually, come the 5th of August there will be a five-percent surcharge up to September the 5th.
These IBI quotas correspond to the first-half quota. The second quota has a voluntary payment period beginning on the 2nd of October and concluding on the 2nd of December. Standing orders will come out on the 4th of November.
