The Inmobiliario Exhibition

The Mayor of Almuñécar, Juan José Ruiz Joya, visited the II Salón Inmobiliario de la Costa Tropical on its first day, having his photo taken in front of some of the stands.

PP Gill's Office StaffThis exposition of businesses encompassed everything to do with properties, from purchasing one to doing it up; from legal representation to insurance companies. They were all there.

The venue was the Sports Hall on the parallel road behind the Paseo de San Cristóbal and having opened Friday morning, it will continue on until midday Saturday; i.e., today.

Last year, which was the first such event, it was held in the Casa de La Cultura but somewhere bigger was needed, so the spacious sports pavilion was chosen.

One of the stands was quite original (a company based in Sevilla) which makes geodesic-structure, wooden constructions. The one on show was one half of a 60m-diametre, half sphere, made up of triangles. It’s doubly interesting as it is a non-permanent structure, it should get round building restrictions on land if you want an extra, outside room on your property.

Also amongst the 52 stands present were TCL Languages and Salobreñavacaciones, as well as a stand representing Jete, Otívar and Lentegí.
