There's an interesting cultural event happening tomorrow in the fishing area of Motril Port; a dramatised reading of the Hemingway's The Old Man and The Sea.

It will take place at noon (12.00h) in the Lonja (fish-auctioning warehouse) and the theatrical adaption will be provided by Mariano Años.

This is one of a series of events organised by the Aula de Pensamiento to celebrate the International Day of the Book being held between the 15th and the 24th of April.

Quite apart from this treat, it will be a good opportunity to enjoy one of the chiringuitos, restaurants and bars on Motril’s Playa de Granada and Playa Poniente.
