Organised Trip to La Alpujarra

Almuñécar Town Hall has organised a trip around the Alpujarra Granadina on the 29th of this month, visiting four villages and a famous natural spring.

ALM Beatriz & Alpujarra tripCouncillor for the Youth Board, Beatriz González Orce, explained that the coach will take in Pampaneira, Capileira, Pórtugos, Fuente Agria in Pórtugos and Trevélez. In the case of Trevélez, take warm clothing because unlike the Costa Tropical, there’s a thing called ‘winter’ up there.

If you are interested, then you have until the 23rd of January to get your name down at the Casa de la Juventud, from Monday to Wednesday, and Friday (in other words, weekdays except Thursday) between 17.30h and 20.00h

The price for the trip is only five euros, which does not include a packed lunch, and minors have to be accompanied by an adult. The bus will leave from Almuñécar bus station at 08.30h returning around 18.00h.

More info on 665 261 366 or consult a pack of tarrot cards.

Editorial comment: If it’s the youth department organising the trip, it’s a bit strange that its open to everyone… unless elderly participant are being included for comedy value? Careful… it could be a trap!
