The La Herradura Fiestas kick off tomorrow, the 17th, starting at 13.00 in the Castillo de La Herradura with the opening of the Feria de Día.

Within the fort (the old, Guardia Civil post) they have set up a marquee with around ten bars or stands inside put up by local hostelry businesses.

There will be a spot of live music on the day thanks to a brass band, as well as a bit of canned music supplied by a DJ.

The First Councillor for the village explained about the special shuttle buses between the roundabout on the beach and the fort, running every 15 mintues.

During the course of the day, beginning at 10.00h, there will be sporting events, starting with a tennis and padel tournament and then at 11.00h there’s a make-up workshop put on by Clínica Barbero in the Centro Cívico.
