ALM New Fishmarket BillboardThe construction company in question, CHM – Obras e Infraestructura, entered the winning bid of 5,235,469.93 euros, (IVA included) giving a market-completition date of twelve months.

The Councillor for Urban Planning, Javier García, considers this outcome to be “very positive.” and assures that the process was “transparent and rapid.” despite, he say, the CA trying to “torpedo” the negotiations.
