The Sunday street market in Almuñécar will recommence this Sunday in its usual place, the Paseo Blas Infante.

The times haven’t changed, so it starts at 08.00h and finishes at 14.00h and Covid restrictions such as safety distancing and mask wearing remain in force.

Put another way, restrictions are the same as those observed during the Friday street market; restricted access and organised flow – there’s only one entrance and there’s only one way you can go round.

The Policía Local reminds us that you can’t park on the square during the previous evenings and mornings that the square is occupied by the market stalls and until it is totally tidied up afterwards. This parking restriction includes the street running parallel (Calle Larache) on the market side of the street.
