Reader: Jab Certificates

Has anyone you know received their certificates by post yet?

Reader's Letter 01Re Vivienne’s article 9th June re Andalusian Jab Certificate.

Good news to read that citizens of Andalucía over 65 who have already received both jabs will receive their certificates via normal post.

Has anyone you know received their certificates by post yet? We are over 65 and were both double vaccinated by 7 May, and as yet have received nothing through the post.

Many thanks, Pen

Thank you both for your comments.

I too have downloaded my certificate successfully. However my husband is unable to get to his, despite having Spanish health card and being resident for some 17 years with residency card. It seems he doesn’t have a mobile phone number registered which is needed to set himself up on the Salud Andalucía App. We will go to Centro de Salud to get them to update the admin details for him and then try again. However if it was on the way through the post it would save a trip and long queue!

I used ‘Citizens of Andalusia’ as that was the phrase used by Vivienne in her article.

I know a couple of “over 65s” without the level of technology needed to get their certificates. They are waiting for their certificates to arrive through the ‘normal post’ as per Vivienne’s article. Hence my enquiry …

    Thank you all.

I have downloaded my certificate too. I’m over 65 (not Spanish but an EU citizen with residencia status) and well capable of downloading my certificate.

    Hi Pen,

You say Citizens of Andalucia but do you mean Residents?

I am 69 & received my jab same time as you. I have residencia but also have received nothing through the post. I have however downloaded the Vaccine Certificate & also the EU Vaccine passport/certificate from the Salud Andalucia App. It was straightforward as long as you have a Spanish Health Card.
