Maria: Mass screen is about taking a proportion of specific population to find out how prevalent a disease is. Therefore, 800 residents of Almuñécar will be selected for this purpose.

Does this imply that there are only 800 of us on the Empatronado list, or is this just a start ?

Are we to believe that there are only 800 empatronados in almunecar la herradura

Liz: Why not? It’s about screening the population; i.e., residents. Foreign residents are not immune from having Covid so logically, they will be included, no?

They will be using the empadronamiento records, which is a list of everybody who resides here, be the Spaniards or not. If you are not empadronado, you don’t exist, therefore, I doubt you will be called.
