A road accident in Torrenuevas involving several vehicles took place on Tuesday at the entrance to the town.

The incident occurred around 09.30h and resulted in one of the cars leaving the road. However and fortunately, only one person was injured, and then only slightly, according to the Guardia Civil.

One of the drivers had difficulty getting out of his car, but the fire service, although present, was not required to assist in this with cutting tools.

First reports indicate that a driver lost control of his vehicle and hit other cars and a lorry waiting at the traffic lights at the entrance to the town.
