The PM for the Andalusian Regional Parliament (Junta de Andalucía) has just announced that as of Monday travelling between provinces is permitted. When we say provinces, we mean within Andalucía.

The Central Government when it announced which provinces would be passing on to Phase Three said that each regional government can decide whether to permit inter-provincial travel as long as each province is at the same phase level, which is the case of Andalucía.

This means, for example, that residents from Nerja can visit Almuñécar and vice versa, which under Phase Two had not been permitted.

Prime Minister Juanma Moreno emphasised, however, that the danger of Coronavirus has not passed and calls upon Andalusians to exercise caution.
