A motion to fast-track, minor-alteration, building licences put forward by the PSOE in the Motril Town Council was unanimously approved.

From now on, once the Urban Development staff get it up and running, you will only need to make a declaration to begin building work. An inspector will visit whilst it is being carried out to make sure that it is being done correctly.
