This hugely popular occasions hits the village, like everywhere else, on Saturday the 22nd and Sunday the 23rd, so be prepared!

Saturday is reserved for the carnival competition for adults; i.e., the best carnival costumes, which will be held on the Plaza de la Independencia. It will begin after the parade that will set out from the Centro Cívico at 21.00h

Then, on Sunday, it’s the kiddies’ chance to dress up and have fun, starting at 12.00h noon. They’ll have their own parade, too, and like the adult one, it will leave from the Centro Cívico and make its way to the Plaza de la Independencia.

Waiting for them on the square there will be games and fun workshops, as well as the fancy-dress competition.

Sunday night, starting at 21.00h in the Centro Cívico, the Noche Carnavalesca will take place with a performance by the carnival, singing group Los de Huelín Murga de Pariente, which won the First Prize at the Carnaval de Málaga 2019. Entrance is free.
