A Moroccan, who had a European-Arrest Warrant against him issued by the Netherlands, was arrested by the Policía Nacional in Motril.

The 27-year-old man was arrested as he was boarding as a foot passenger on the Nador ferry, which was about to sail from Motril Port.

According to the European warrant, he is wanted for alleged crimes against public order and state security.
