Almuñécar now has two new buses to work the municipal routes; a service provided by the Fajardo bus company. These vehicles are Mercedes Benz, Citaro and are ten metres long.
Juan Pablo Fajardo, who explained that the two vehicles had cost 420,000 euros, plus taxes, said that they would be replacing two older buses.
The new buses, which are designed to be user friendly for people with mobility problems, will be joining the rest of the fleet to cover the town’s five bus routes.
