A known sex offender who is wanted in the UK, Netherlands and Thailand, has been arrested in Alicante.

M.F., who is accused of having sexually abused over 30 children in those countries, has been extradited to the UK after having been arrested in Santa Pola, Alicante, thanks to a coordinated police operation between Europol, the Guardia Civil and the NCA (National Crime Agency).

The police investigation that led to this arrest began in the Netherlands after sex abuser’s computer was examined and in which was found images and chats with 15 boys, who had allegedly been abused by M.F..

The 70-year-old arrested man had already been detained by the police in Thailand for abusing nine minors after luring them with money and gifts.

The evidence is pretty conclusive as the confiscated images from the computer in the Netherlands depict M.F. physically abusing the children whilst making a figure of a heart using his two hands.

Finally, M.F. worked as an English teacher in the UK and was accused of abusing several minors in the school’s storeroom.

After having been found guilty in the UK he skipped bail in Thailand, he changed his name, sold his house and took up residence in Spain.
