Salobreña February Cultural Agenda

SAL AgendaThe cultural agenda for February in Salobreña has something for everybody; kiddies and adults: concerts, plays, cinema, conferences and more.

On the 9th there will be a book presentation in the 1616 Bookshop at 19.00h for the novel, Los Días Lejanos by Rolando Salas Cabrera.

On Saturday the 11th there will be a Tango show put on by La Porteña Tango Trío and entitled Noches de Tango. That’s 21.00h in the Auditorium. entrance fee: ten euros pre-purchased or 13 euros at the door.

On Friday the 17th there will a film called Benx to coincide with the International Day for Asperger’s. This is organized by the Asociación Estrella de Mar. Free entrance for both showings: one at 10.30h and the other at 12.00h.

On Tuesday the 21st there will be the La Caleta Carnival celebrations held in the auditorium – plenty of traditional chirigotas and comparsas,. That’s 16.00h. Free entrance.

On Friday the 24th there will be a Flamenco performance by the group, Duende with a show entitled, Un Disfrute para Los Sentidos. There will also be a chat given on the Flamenco guitar throughout History.

On Saturday the 25th there will be a talk on La pedagogía Montessori between 11.30h and 13.00h at the 1616 Bookshop.

On the same day, but in the afternoon there will be a kiddies’ show entitled Los Super Wings, Put on by Fiesta Producciones. That’s 17.30h at the auditorium with a 7-euro entrance fee.
