Lobres will hold its annual fiestas in honour of the Virgen de la Candelaria between Friday the 3rd and Sunday the 5th of February.

Friday the 3rd at 17.30h: floral display. If you’re bringing some along, white, pink and red ones are preferred.

Saturday the 4th at 10.30h: The romeria sets out leaving the bus stop. Organized by the Asociación de Caballistas de Lobres.

Sunday the 5th at 07.00h: Traditional Rosario de la Aurora Leaving the Iglesia Parroquial de San Antonio. Chocolate and churros at the Lobres Casa de la Cultura at the end.

At 10.00h: a concert by the Banda de la Escuela Municipal de Música de Salobreña.

At 12.00h there will be the church service followed by a procession, accompanied by the Salobreña municipal brass band.

At 14:30h: Paella, two euros a plate outside the Casa de la Cultura, followed by the dance band Grupo Odysseus for a village knees up.
