Motril Town Hall is organizing a night visit to the Alhambra Palace, as part of the Motrileños en Ruta Programme on the 17th of June.
“We shall be visiting Granada again to visit one of the most impressive monuments that exist in the world,” said Councillor David Martín, adding that the visit has been a popular demand by the residents of Motril.
If you’re interested in participating, the cost is 32 euros, which includes transport there and back and an official guide.
To put your name down, you can do so by visiting the first floor of the Biblioteca José López Rubio, in the Participación Ciudadana, or by phoning 958 83 30 17. The number of places is limited so first come will be first served, so to speak.
The bus will leave at 20.00h on the 17th from in front of the Oficina de Turismo.
The visit itself, staring at 22.30h, will take in the Torres del Agua, de Baltasar de la Cruz, de los Siete Suelos, del Capitán, de la Bruja y de las Cabezas, as well as the Palacio de Carlos V via the Puerta de la Justicia, Patio de Machuca – Mexuar –and the Cuarto Dorado, Also included is the Patio de los Arrayanes, la Sala de la Barca, El Salón del Trono, Mirador de la Reja, Habitaciones del Emperador, Corredor de Carlos V, Sala de dos Hermanas, Patio de los Leones, Sala de los Mozárabes.
So there’s plenty to take in, in a night setting – a must, indeed.
