The Town Hall has been beset lately by fines and negative court sentences, but this Xmas they learned that they don’t have to cough up ten million.

The previous lease holder for the municipal market, underground car park had sued the Town Hall for that sum of money.

Now, and finally, a court sentence has been handed down and the judge considers that the Hermanos Garcia don’t have a case and threw it out.

However, the Town Hall is not off completely scott free as the judge has demanded that the Town Hall draws up the expiry of lease again, but this time, stipulating clearly why they terminated the contract.

Anyway, that’s how the affair ended, without going through all the history behind the dispute.
