The Asociación Española contra el Cáncer landed 160.000 euros for Motril, thanks to its lottery ticket 93,775.

The last three figures on the AECC’s ticket coincided with the last three numbers on the Second Prize; hence the 160,000-euro payout.

The AECC had bought the whole number and divided it into 6,400 participaciones, so the prize money was pretty well spread around Motril.

The actual 2nd-prize winning ticket (12,775) was sold at a city-centre, lottery office in Granada and landed a total of 1,250,000 euros in the city.
