Police investigations are pointing towards the deliberate deaths of a mother and her two children following a 10-storey fall.

The three deaths correspond to a 42-year-old mother, her 11-year-old daughter and a 10-month-old one.

According to the police, the mother might have thrown her two children out of a window and then committed suicide by jumping herself from the 10th floor of an apartment block in Gerona, Cataluña on the night of Wednesday the 9th.

One fact appears to reinforce this theory as the mother’s body was found in a different spot to the two children. However, other hypotheses have not been ruled out.
