There was car accident on the Velilla beach road, Almuñécar on the afternoon of Sunday the 23rd, involving three vehicles.

It appears that a car that was driving along the road ploughed into two parked cars. As the moving car was a 4×4, it made a bit of a mess of one of the cars, pushing it up onto the pavement.

Only one occupant was injured; a woman driver, as the parked cars were empty. Passersby attended to the woman until the ambulance and Policia Local turned up, when she was taken to the local medical centre.
