Motril will be screening three free films between now and the end of August in the Parque Severiano Ballesteros.

This summer entertainment for kiddies is part of the Cine al Fresquito programme which will give kids the chance to see such films as: Mr. Peabody & Sherman, Maleficent and Río 2, in an open-air film screening.

The Councillor for Turismo, Alicia Crespo, explained that they had chosen films that would appeal to a wider audience; i.e., for all the family.

What better way to spend these hot evenings than in the cool of a park, under the stars, watching a film?

The next film, Mr. Peabody & Sherman, will be on the 24th of this month at 22.30h. In fact, all screenings will be at this time.

Then in August, on the 5th, kids will have the chance to watch Maleficent, starring Angelina Jolie and based on Sleeping Beauty.

The last of the three films will be on the 21st of August and will be Rio 2.

So there you have it; three dates for your diary where the kids can watch fun films… and you can practice your Spanish!
