A 30-year-old French driver was arrested, accused of reversing along an autovia, which caused a collision with a lorry. His compatriot passenger of the same age died in the impact.

The driver has been charged with Homicide committed by grave recklessness.

The driver of the lorry was uninjured but the second passenger in the car, a 28-year-old Spanish woman was seriously injured.

The incident occurred on the A-4 near the municipality of Guarroman (Jaén) on Thursday the 12th of March at 08.45h
