Mesón El Tinao, Chiringuito Cúpula and Restaurante Mirador de Cerro Gordo won recognition awards in this La Herradura gastronomic event for “Best Attention and Service.”

Fourteen La Herradura eating houses participated in last year’s I Ruta del Puchero de la Abuela, which was a sort of tapa route for traditional Andalusian stews (cocidos). In the case of El Mirador de Cerro Gordo (see photo) for example, they laid on puchero de monte (mountain stew).
