Christmas and New Year are well over, January has flown by and we are already into February, and talking about the next events to come, and this year we are trying a few new ideas.

On the 28th Feb., we are holding a craft-&-arts, coffee morning at the Al Andalus hotel. There will various stalls with cake and candy, art, handcrafts, plants, bric-a-brac, gift ideas, jewellery, cupcakes and decoration, books, DVD’s and CD’s and woolcraft and more.

Entrance for the craft fair will be free and there will a small charge for coffee, tea, or soft drink, and cake or biscuit.

As this is the first time we have ventured into this field we hope as many people as possible will come along. It will be a good opportunity to meet our regular attendees and find out more about the RBL and the excellent effort that we all put in to raise funds for our serving and ex serving troops.

Following that we are holding a Spring Buffet and Dance at the Al Andalus hotel on the 8th May which is the 70th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE Day), obviously a momentous occasion in 1945, and so a good reason to celebrate in 2015.

Other than these events, we continue to have our twice-monthly lunches in Maro and La Herradura:

Everyone is welcome to any of our events, and our lunches are always good fun, with a serious purpose, but always in good humour.
