Granada: The owners of a restaurant in the very centre of Granada were surprised, to say the least, when a wild boar tore into the establishment and headed into the toilet, where it destroyed just about everything inside.
The full-grown sow, weighing a serious amount of irritated bacon, was finally captured but it later died from the injuries acquired in its mortal combat with a toilet and washbasin resulting in a fatal loss of blood.
As you can imagine, the police were perplexed as to how this wild animal managed to find its way to the centre of city before deciding on which restaurant it was going to dine at.
Córdoba: A man was unlucky enough to have died after a bee stung him inside his mouth. Paramedics in the dispatched ambulance administered everything that they could throw at him to counteract the swelling but he died before they reached hospital.
Cádiz: A man was killed when a fire extinguisher that he was manipulating exploded in his hands. The incident occurred on an industrial estate in Puerto Real.
According to the firemen who examined the apparatus, it had a badly damaged base and was still pressurized when he tried to open it. The dead man was a worker at a scrapyard.
