The Salobreña opposition party, the PP, has accused the governing party of allowing rubbish lorries to be hosed down on public streets. The PP claim that the streets are left strewn with their insalubrious contents.

According to the PP, Avenida Peronne is one such street and is becoming a “source of infections,” thanks to the “laxity shown” by the PSOE administration.

The PP demands that the Mayor acts to prevent this and to seek out those responsible both in the refuse-collection company (CEPSA) and in the administration.
