Lobres Gets A-7 Access Roundabout

SAL Lobres exit OnLLobres finally achieved its goal of having a safe access to the A-7 via a roundabout.

A provincial sub-delegate from the Central Government, Sr. Santiago Pérez López, together with another bigwig, Inmaculada Hernández, visited the village, armed with this news.

The said roundabout should be ready in time for the planned opening of the Lobres-Taramay section of the A-7 during the first week of July.

Finally, Sr Pérez also indicated that the planned closure of Rules bridge on the A-44 (Granada-Motril), which was originally announced to take place between the 12th of May to the 30th, will now only be between five and eight days instead of most of the month.

During the time that this section of the A-44 is closed to traffic, vehicles will be redirected down the old N-323.
