The Headquarters of the provincial branch of blood donors is not happy with the complaints made by one member of the Almuñécar local branch raised against the Town Hall.
A. López Berrio, who is a member of the governing board of the Asociación Provincial de Donantes de Granada, made it very clear that the accusation made by their colleagues in Almuñécar “is an opinion belonging to one member that does not relate to reality.”
He then went on to state:
1) The association has always found the Town Hall of Almuñécar to be very collaborative and sensitive towards all the requests made related to blood donations, both from the association itself, as well as the Centro Regional de Transfusión Sanguínea.
2) The Almuñécar Town Hall has always put all necessary means at the disposal of the association, as well as promoting, independently, the need for members of the general public to make blood donations
There are two other points which reiterate how the accusations made by a particular member of the Almuñécar branch are very far from being true.
It does appear, therefore, that somebody in Almuñécar has been using the Almuñécar blood donors association to further his own political agenda or party loyalty…
