One has to say that even our so called ‘beautiful’ celebrities usually look like they’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards if they are unlucky enough to get arrested and then stand before the dreaded mugshot camera. However, one lady who was arrested for drink driving in Florida, USA, put those celebrity fake beauties to shame!

Meagan Simmons stood before the unforgiving mugshot camera after being detained by police in 2010, and eventually the picture ended up online… where it went viral. The single mother-of-four could never have believed that she would become ‘internet famous’ due to a wayward drink or two… or maybe three or four.

She has since received literally dozens of marriage proposals from as far afield as Ireland. Although Ms. Simmons admits to quite enjoying the attention… it has also been difficult at times, especially in the social networking world, where she has had to block several people who had been sending her indecent messages.

She wrote on Twitter, ‘It’s crazy! I don’t understand what all the hype is about – that arrest was in 2010, get over it already.’
