Almuñécar’s Plaza de Los Higuitos, Plaza de La Rosa, Plaza Damasco and the Plaza de la Constitución, will be the venues for four chamber-music concerts tomorrow, Sunday the 21st

Under the title, “Taking Music out onto the Streets,” the Asociación Banda de Música Histórica de Almuñécar, with the collaboration of the Escuela Municipal de Música will be providing the musicians and organization.

The first concert will be in the Plaza Los Higuitos, beginning at noon, with flutes as the main instruments, playing theme music from films such as “Mission Impossible”, amongst others.

The second concert will be in the Plaza de La Rosa, beginning at 12.30h. Musicians from the Grupo de Clarinetes will be representing the works of Vivaldi and Ray Charles numbers.

The third concert beings at 13.00h with musicians from the Grupo de Saxofones in the Plaza de Damasco with the closing concert taking place in the Town Hall square at 13.00h with musicians from the Grupo de Metales – Percusión.
