Over a hundred cyclists in fancy dress took part in the Carnival Parade, which was organized by the Club Ciclista Almuñécar, with the collaboration of the Councillor for Fiestas and the Municipal Sports Board.

The unlikely procession pedaled through the main streets and avenues of Almuñécar, leaving from the Parque Botánico, El Majuelo and arriving finally at the Town Hall Square, where prizes were awarded.

This was not the first time that visitors and residents had a chance to view ‘the bizarre on two wheels,’ as it has been going on for over 20 years, every February.
