This time it’s Calle Trébol in Barrio del Espinar that has received the attention of the municipal maintenance crew.

The First Councillor for the village says that this was one of the jobs requested by locals because of the state of the street surface. Accordingly, a new layer of cement was laid with a drainage pattern included to channel the rainwater.

“These are small tasks, but even so, little by little, we’re sorting out the deficiencies,” explained the said councillor, José Ruiz Joya.

Surprisingly, there are no politicians in the photo – just about every photo that we receive from the town halls along the coast have grinning politicians in the foreground, sometimes blocking the view of the supposed subject of the photo. Don’t get us wrong; we are grateful for the included photos in the press releases, with or without politicians included.
