Some streets developed potholes after the rains, some of which have received the attention of the Town Hall Maintenance Department, amongst them, Calle Ingenio Real and Calle Azúcar.

The head of the Maintenance Department, José Manuel Fernández, said that other streets, such as Calle García Lorca, which leads to San Miguel junior school and secondary school, Al Andalus have also been repaired.

Sr Fernández said that these repairs are part of a street-surface improvement campaign, which has a budget of 50,000 euros.
