The Torrox law-court building is to remain on the back-burner because the Junta de Andalucía has no funds for it, explained José Luis Ruiz Espejo, when he paid a visit to the Torrox Town Hall.

The man from the Junta met with the socialist Mayor, Francisco Muñoz (PSOE), and discussed other subjects, such as the marina project, which he promised to bring up in Sevilla, where the intention is to get private capital to build the marina via a leasehold agreement.

So, Sr. Espejo will be pushing both the Nerja golf-course project and the Torrox marina when he reports back to the Junta in Sevilla.
