The Motril Town Hall is putting out to tender eight market stalls within the municipal market building (San Agustín). The stalls that are being offered are on the entrance and upper floor.

The leasing conditions stipulate that the lease will be for one year, renewable up to four, if both parties agree. The lease is for 100 euros, plus 10.50 euros per square metre/per month on the ground floor and 5.69 euros per sq/m on the upper floor.

One of the stalls is set up for selling fish and there is also a double stall for greengrocery, both of which are on the ground floor. The other six stalls are on the upper floor and are destined for the sale of ‘services and products,” including food, as long as it is not fish.

If you are interested, you had better get your skates on because the cut-off date is the 16th in the General Registry of the Town Hall.
