In the early hours of yesterday in Almuñécar the town lost its mains water supply. According to the utilities company, Aguas y Servicios, the problem began around six in the morning when the system that maintains water pressure began to fail.

The Polígono El Vadillo (Km 1) and Calle Ancha in Motril are getting the roadworks treatment; i.e., new sewage, rain drainage and mains systems overhauled.
