500th Birthday

Did you know that La Iglesia Mayor is having its 500th birthday – that’s a lot of candles! This church-cum-fortress has withstood pirate raids and earthquakes – even a sacking during the Spanish Civil War, so it could do with a spot of restoration work.

Publishing Update – June

If we manage to keep to schedule, we should be at the printer, first thing Friday the 28th, meaning that the Seaside Gazette hard copy will be ready for collection and distribution on the 1st of June.

Motril Air Display

Motril’s annual air display will take place on Playa Granada at 11 o’clock in the morning of Sunday the 6th of June.
