Last month, a driver was done for drink driving after his car hit a bar-terrace wall, although without causing too much damage.

The Policía Local de Granada breathalysed him and he gave a reading of 0.92, which is getting on for four times over the limit, bless him.

Trouble is, he didn’t have a valid driving licence because it had been withdrawn after losing all the points on it. Furthermore, he did have car insurance and just to round it off… his ITV was out of date.

Now, you would think that driving around with a criminal lack of valid paperwork, you would keep a low profile, but alas, this chappie thought, “What the hell!”

The bar where the accident happened is near the PTS; i.e., over the other side of the autovia from the Nevada Centro Comercial. From the photo you can see that the damage was minimum, which will not be the case for his bank account.
