Cow in a Laundrette

We've all heard of the expression, a bull in a china shop, but in this case, it was a cow in a laundrette

This happened last Thursday in Villanueva de la Peña (Cantabria) when the cow entered, had a good nose around before banging its nose against a glass door, and then headed back to the entrance.

However, there was a tense moment, because although there were no customers present, the owner’s young daughter was at the back of the premises. The mother had the presence of mind to close the door to the back.

It was then that the lad in charge of the cow came in looking for his cow only to be greeted by the mother with, “Get it out of here, Get the Cow out, my daughter’s in here!”

The lad in true Spanish manner said, “Me cago en todo!” and disappeared out into the street behind the cow and could still be heard muttering, “Me cago en todo, Joder!” Had he been Andaluz, he would have said, “Mecagogüen to’!

Lol! Thanks for the heads up; I have changed “my daughter’s in her” to “in here,” which is what I meant to write 😉
